What if I have problems with your customer support?
We try very hard to accommodate all of our customer needs. We understand you are under a lot of stress because of a loss. We genuinely care about the families we serve and cherish the business relationships we have with our funeral homes. There are times however, where we will refuse the right to serve you if you abuse our time, take advantage, or are verbally abusive to our service team. Our staff has been very well trained to handle every kind of customer issues and personalities but we believe no one should be subject to abusive behavior.
We are here to help you. We are not here to work against you but at the same time, we need to set boundaries so that we can work efficiently together to achieve your needs.
