Will I receive my order in time?

It is very important that you select the right shipping when placing your order. Each memorial product offered in our store has an estimated turnaround time for production. You need to take the production time AND ship time into consideration when ordering. You also need to indicate date needed by on your order page. The date ordered and shipping choice need to match as far as delivery time frame OR you shipment will not arrive on time. For example, if you need it tomorrow and you choose 2 or ground shipping, it is not going to get to you tomorrow. 

Do not count the WEEKENDS in the ship time because FEDEX does not deliver on the weekends. It must be working business days, excluding holidays. You also need to allow our production time. There are some products that we can ship the same day if ordered by a certain timeframe so be sure to note the timeframe needed for production. You may also contact us if you are still unsure of which shipping rate to choose.

Keep in mind that weather and plane equipment issues could arise unexpectedly as in ALL shipped products. If this occurs, we will do our best to locate your package but there is no 100% guarantee of delivery since the couriers do not guarantee delivery. FEDEX is the most reliable way to ship and USPS does not guarantee delivery. The timeframes are noted at checkout and are ESTIMATED dates of delivery.
