I bought a instant download PNG file and it says I can't download it. How do I change the format?

The PNG downloadable files pertain to all of our WORD ART or funeral program titles creations. You cannot change the format because the PNG is for a transparent background which enables you to place it on top of any background or solid color. JPG files have a white background and is not advisable. Your download link will place it into your download folder on your computer. If you have a DOWNLOAD FILES link in your receipt, the file CAN BE DOWNLOADED. Sometimes, the PNG files are downloaded to your downloads folder without asking you where you want it, so it goes there as a default.
