How will I get my download after purchase?

You will receive the download link in your account AND via email. Please check your JUNK/SPAM folder if it is not in your INBOX. The download link will be under the PRODUCT NAME in your receipt. See below for an example:

Also check make sure you go to your account and retrieve your link that way. You will be provided a download link for WORD, PUBLISHER, APPLE PAGES, GOOGLE DOCS and you can select which one(s) you want to download and edit in. You may download more than one of them for the same design you purchased, if you so desire.
