Can I request a refund for a template I purchased?

Due to the nature of our templates as a digital downloaded product, we do not provide refunds once the download link has been issued. Please be sure the template is the layout and design you need. You can also contact our customer support team to ask any question regarding the template prior to purchase and we are happy to assist you.
