I have not received my order.

If you are expecting a shipped product, please check your tracking number which was sent to you via email to see where your package is. FEDEX has proven to be a reliable courier but there are acts of nature or unforseen issues that can happen such as mechanical, weather or a wrong destination.

You should also note on your order when you would like to receive it by AND select the appropriate shipping method and time. if you do not select the right shipping, your package will not arrive to you on time. It is important that you date needed by coincide with your shipping selection.
