How do I get the tracking number of my order?
Once your order has been checked into FEDEX or USPS, which means it has left our facility and brought to the courier's shipping location, you will get an email with the tracking number. You will also be given a link of the courier's website so you can enter the tracking number to view where you package is and it's current status.
Please make sure you check your JUNK folder if you do not get the tracking number sent to your inbox. The Funeral Program Site will also email you letting you know your order has changed status and has now shipped. If you do not receive another email with the tracking number, please contact us via this form so we can provide that for you, if desired.
